CANCELLATION
If you are unable to make an appointment time and need to cancel, please message me from HERE or call me on 07531059890 giving at least 24 hours’ notice.

PRE-BOOKINGS

If you would like to pre-book a time slot to see Megan for a 1 to 1 reading at a fayre or public event, please note that full payment is required. This is NON - REFUNDABLE - The only time a refund will be issued is if Megan has to cancel.

NO SHOW
In the unlikely event of no show, you may incur a cancellation fee or Megan may refuse to read for you and will NOT re-book your appointment. This will also include no-shows that have pre-booked a reading at a psychic fayre or other public events.

CHANGE OF DATE
If you need to change your booking date, please message me from HERE or contact me on 07531059890 giving at least 24 hours’ notice. An alternative date and time can be re-arranged.

REFUNDS
There will be no refunds if you fail to make your appointment. The only time a refund will be issued is if Megan has to cancel for some reason and if you have pre-paid for a service.

For demo nights all tickets booked are non-refundable unless Megan has to cancel. If you choose too not turn up no refund will be given.

CONNECTION TO SPIRIT 

If Megan is unable to connect to Spirit, we will reschedule at no extra cost. If the issue persists on the second attempt, a full refund will be provided.
