The course will be conducted over Zoom with a group of like-minded individuals. Each week, you'll participate in a live chat and receive exercises to practice. By the end of the course, you will have learned how to change your mental state, manage stress, anxiety, and depression more effectively, and understand various types of meditation and how to practice them
If you prefer a one-on-one experience over Zoom, we can work at your own pace through a 6-week course, with one-hour sessions each week. In addition to my dedicated support, we will collaborate to understand and address trauma and foster a positive change in mindset. You will receive weekly assignments, and by the end of the course, you will have the tools to achieve freedom of mind, body, and spirit.
